How to embed into blogger

YouTube

1. Click on the share button underneath the YouTube video that you wish to include.
2. Select show more and then click onto the blogger icon.
3. Depending on whether or not you are signed into your blogger, you may have to sign in at this point.
4. At the top of the new window, choose which blog that you would like to post to.
5. This will then be embedded and you will need to carry on editing or publish the post as it is.

Powerpoint

CREATE THE POWERPOINT

1. Open up Microsoft powerpoint
2. Create the powerpoint, on your chosen topic.

UPLOAD IT TO SLIDESHARE.NET

1. Go to slideshare.net
2. Go to either login or sign up if you need to create a new account.
3. Once you have an account or have logged in, click upload.
4. Click on "Single upload".
5. Select the powerpoint that you want to upload

GET "EMBED INTO A WEBPAGE" ADDRESS INFORMATION

1. Once you have uploaded your presentation, go to "My Slideshow" and click on your newly uploaded presentation.
2. Once you have seen your new powerpoint open up a new window or tab.
3. In the search bar of your new tab, type in www.blogger.com
4. Sign in or register to create a new account on blogger.

POST TO YOUR BLOGGER

1. Click on new post.
2. Choose a title that is related to your powerpoint.
3. Once you reach the edit screen for your post, go back to the tab or window with slideshare.net
4. Copy the text from "Embed to your blog" 
5. Paste this piece of text into your blog.
6. Click on the button "Publish" which will upload your post to your blog.
7. Click, view blog and once you can see your presentation you are finished.

Videos and Pictures from your computer

VIDEO

1. Open up blogger, sign in and click to create a new post.
2. Click onto the black and white clapboard icon in the Post Editor toolbar.
3. It will come up with four options, you need to click upload 
4. You can then search your documents for the correct video and click upload
5. If this is your first time uploading you will have to agree to the terms and conditions before you can continue with your upload.

PICTURES

1. Open up blogger, sign in, and click to create a new post.
2. Click onto the icon of a photo in a frame in the Post Editor toolbar.
3. It will then come up with four options,  of which you will then need to click upload.
4. This allows you to search your pictures to input the correct one.
5. You will then need to click upload, to import it into your post.

SAVE AFTER EMBEDDING, OR PUBLISH SO THAT YOU DON'T LOOSE YOUR WORK.

* You can easily blog in a group, set up a group blog so that more than one person can edit it.

* It is really simple to use, so I won't need to spend a long time trying to figure it out while I could be working.
* I can add photos. videos, text and presentations, this means that all my coursework can be in one place at any time.
* Feedback- I can easily get feedback about my blog, from my lecturers and my peers.
